By accessing our website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- Your order is subject to product availability and acceptance by Premium Tiles.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, along with a variety of trusted online payment providers.
Delivery
Our delivery options and charges are clearly displayed throughout our website and at checkout.
Unless a product is identified as a Special Order item, full tile orders are typically delivered using our secure 1–2 working day pallet delivery service. Sample orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
Please note:
- Deliveries take place on working days only.
- Full tile orders are delivered kerbside on an 18-tonne vehicle fitted with a tail-lift.
- If your property has restricted access, please let us know when placing your order using the delivery comments box.
- Certain postcode areas may attract a courier surcharge. If this applies, we'll always contact you before dispatch.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, a £40 re-delivery charge may apply after two unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to shop with confidence and will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your replacement as quickly as possible, please:
- Photograph the damaged pallet before unloading (where applicable).
- Inspect your full order after unloading.
- Report all damaged tiles in a single claim, including photographs and the quantity requiring replacement.
We can only accept one damage claim per order, so we kindly ask that your full delivery is inspected before contacting us.

Product Images
We make every effort to ensure our product images accurately represent the products we supply.
However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches and the natural characteristics of certain materials, colours, textures and patterns may vary slightly from the images shown.
Where available, we recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Premium Tiles website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions and trademarks, remains the property of Premium Tiles unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Tiles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
