Premium Tiles Delivery Service

At Premium Tiles, we know that fast, reliable delivery is just as important as the quality of your tiles. That's why we work with trusted UK delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely, securely and as quickly as possible.

Whether you're ordering a full pallet of tiles for a renovation or a single sample to help you choose the perfect design, we aim to make the delivery process simple, efficient and stress-free.

Delivery Options

Tile orders are delivered using the delivery option selected at checkout. Unless a product is clearly stated as a Special Order item, your order will usually be dispatched using one of the following delivery services.

Express 1-2 Day Tile Delivery – £29.99

Our full tile orders are delivered via our secure express pallet delivery service, with delivery typically within 1–2 working days.

Sample Tile Delivery – £7.99

Tile samples are dispatched via Royal Mail and are typically delivered within 2–3 working days, allowing you to see the colour, texture and finish in your own home before placing a full order.

Special Order Products

Some products are made to order or sourced specifically for your order. These products may have different lead times, which will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page or confirmed before dispatch.

Same-Day Dispatch

Place your order before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) and, where products are in stock, we'll aim to dispatch your order the same working day.

Please note that dispatch and deliveries take place on working days only.

Why Are Tiles Delivered on a Pallet?

Tiles are heavy, fragile products, so the safest way to transport them is on a secure pallet.

Unlike standard parcel deliveries, pallet delivery keeps your tiles stable throughout their journey, significantly reducing movement and helping to minimise the risk of damage during transit. It also allows larger orders to be transported safely and efficiently.

Our full tile orders are delivered on an 18-tonne vehicle fitted with a tail-lift and are delivered kerbside.

If your property has restricted access, narrow roads or any delivery limitations, please let us know when placing your order using the delivery comments box. This allows us to arrange the most suitable delivery method wherever possible.

Please note that some postcode areas may attract a courier surcharge. If this applies to your order, we'll always contact you before dispatch so you can decide whether you'd like to proceed.

If You're Unable to Accept Delivery

Someone will need to be available to accept and sign for your delivery on the agreed delivery date.

If delivery cannot be completed and additional delivery attempts are required, a flat re-delivery charge of £40 may apply after two unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Damaged Tiles

We take great care when packaging every order, and our secure pallet delivery service helps minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, if the unexpected does happen, don't worry — we'll happily replace any tiles damaged in transit.

To help us arrange your replacement as quickly as possible, we simply ask that you:

Let us know as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of delivery.
If damage is visible before unloading, take one clear photograph of the damaged pallet before unloading where possible.
After unloading, inspect your order thoroughly and email us with a photo showing all damaged tiles together (where possible), along with the total quantity of replacement tiles required. As we can only accept one damage claim per order, please ensure your full delivery has been inspected before contacting us.

This simple process allows us to process your replacement quickly and submit a successful claim with our delivery partner, helping us dispatch your replacement tiles without unnecessary delay.
