Delivery Information
At Premium Tiles, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery service for your tile orders. We understand the importance of receiving your tiles in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Please read the following information regarding our delivery options and procedures:
Delivery Options:
Tiles orders are delivered in accordance with the delivery option selected at the checkout. This will usually be one of two following delivery options, unless the product is a special order product:
Express Delivery Service (£29.99): This is a fast 1-3 day delivery service, ensuring your tiles reach you quickly and efficiently.
Standard Delivery Service (£7.99 on sample products): This is a 2-4 day delivery service available for sample products.
Dispatch and Same-Day Delivery:
When you place an order before 12pm, we dispatch your tiles on the same day. Please note that our delivery services operate on working days only.
Delivery Process:
Deliveries will arrive on an 18-tonne truck with a tail-lift and will be made strictly to the kerbside. If your property has restricted access, kindly inform us at the time of ordering via the delivery restrictions comments box. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
Re-Delivery and Absence:
In the event that you are not present to sign for the goods on the arranged delivery day, we reserve the right to apply a flat rate charge of £40 for any re-delivery that exceeds two attempts.
Damaged Goods:
We take utmost care in packaging and handling your tiles to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, it is important to check your tiles carefully for signs of damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please sign for the delivery as damaged and take a photo of the damaged tiles while still on the pallet prior to unloading.
Reporting Damages:
It is essential to email us within 24 hours of receiving your pallet to report any damages, including photos of each tile that needs replacing. Please note that we can only accept one claim for damages per order, so please carefully check the tiles to ensure that you have reported all damaged pieces.
